wow- what a business owner! There was a mixup w. a different florist, who had screwed up an order, thought it was these guys, and it was a tense situation- went to a family that had just lost someone so tensions were high- Jake was INCREDIBLE- level headed, caring, went over and above to help the situation even though it had nothing to do w. Georgetown Blooms, just the nicest most amazing guy ever. I ordered another display in thanks.
If only all businesses could be run like Jake runs Georgetown Blooms the world would be a much better place.

Ordering flowers on the phone is a crap shoot. Birds Florists were very careful to understand my needs and verify all the details on the phone. And the flowers were truly beautiful and right in line with my expectations. Thanks so much!
